Founded in 2012 by three partners who share a passion for wine and a deep love for Assos, V’Asbos set out to create a truly boutique wine experience rooted in this land. Our vineyards do more than produce wine-they preserve and express the cultural and epicurean heritage of Assos.
V’Asbos defines itself as “the meticulous gardener of god given terruar.” Our vineyards are tended like a garden, with each plant cultivated according to its individual needs, and mass harvesting deliberately avoided. This philosophy safeguards the purity and balanced structure of our wines.
Each year, we produce just 25,000 bottles, composed of 4–5 distinct micro-cuvées. Our wines are aged in clay amphorae, glass globes, and selected oak barrels, allowing their natural aromas and character to remain intact. Every bottle is individually labeled as part of this limited production, reflecting the singular terroir of Assos.
